The hotel has a location so good. I could walk to all sites I wished to see, it was ideal. The staff seemed friendly, and it felt nice. Breakfast has many great selections, which are so yummy. I would return.
My room felt small, it was a little hard to open my suitcase. I wish I had more space, but it was manageable.

The location was super convenient for train access, it was perfect! supermarket was right next door, i found that useful. the breakfast selection was fantastic. There was so much choice and the best buffet selection i had experienced. the staff was also very friendly and helpful when i needed extra pillows. They were obliging.
The gym looked adequate though i did not use it. I noticed it was somewhat small and limited in equipment.

The hotel is a short walk to the metro and many attractions. This made getting around quite easy. several restaurants and shops are nearby. I appreciated the convenience.

the location was close to the city center and train stations so getting around was straightforward
the room reeked of a slight urine odor in both the halls and the room it was unpleasant to be around the bathroom door was also dirty the handwash was heavily perfumed despite my request for unscented products

I really liked how central it was, and I could easily walk to many attractions. The breakfast had a great selection of foods. The staff members were helpful. I appreciated their assistance.
The carpets had a worn and dirty look. I also noticed the hotel room lacked the upkeep I would expect.

the location was convenient, especially being so close to the train station.
The room felt quite small and lacked proper storage. There were only a few hangers. housekeeping service only occurred every four days, and we were not informed of this policy at check-in, causing trash to accumulate. also, we experienced a night without hot water, an issue that should not arise regardless of hotel occupancy.

decent gymfriendly staffold shower head
the gym was quite decent, with a good range of equipment for a workout. the communal lounge had ample space to relax or work, with free coffee and tea available for members. i found the location quite convenient, near key attractions and transportation hubs. the friendly staff really made the difference!
My main issue was the old shower head in the bathroom. Water spurted out from multiple places. it looked rather worn and could use a replacement, i think.

The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities. I consider this a basic amenity. My room was also not properly cleaned. There were hairs in the shower. There was also dirt on the floor. I informed the staff about this issue, but it was not resolved. It disappointed me.
